Good News for Passengers: Bengaluru-Karwar Special Trains to Run This Month
Bengaluru-Karwar Special Trains: South Western Railway has decided to run a special train between Bengaluru and Karwar on the demand of passengers. On which date will the train run? Here is all the information about what features are included.
Bengaluru: On passenger demand, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal, Bengaluru, South Western Railway Zone has issued a media release announcing that two special trains will run between Visvesvaraya Terminal and Karwar stations (Bengaluru-Karwar).
On July 26th and 28th, train number 06567, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Bengaluru-Karwar Special Express, will leave Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal, Bengaluru, at 12:30 midnight and reach Karwar station at 4 PM on the same day.

The return train (06568) will leave Karwar station at 11:30 PM on the 26th and 28th of July and arrive at SMVT Bengaluru station at 3:30 PM the next day.
This special train will halt at the following stations: Banasawadi, Chikkabanavar, Kunigal, Channapatna, Hassan, Sakaleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kabakaputtur, Bantwala, Suratkal, Mulki, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapur, Mookambika Road, Bindur, Bhatkala, Murdeshwar, Honnavar, Kumata, Gokarna Road, and Ankola.
This special train comprises 18 coaches, including 2 AC Two-Tier, 2 AC Three-Tier, 6 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class, and 2 SLR/D coaches.
