Cylinder Blast in Bangalore: 8 seriously injured, 5 houses damaged in Yalahanka cylinder explosion disaster
Cylinder blast in Bangalore: A cylinder exploded in a house and 8 people were seriously injured today (Tuesday) in the early morning at LBS in Yalahanka.
Afarwaz, Salma, Shahid, Fasia, Asma are injured. The injured have been admitted to the Yalahanka Government Hospital and a private hospital.
One person suffered 60% burns due to a cylinder explosion and was admitted to Victoria Hospital. Two have been admitted to the Yalahanka Government Hospital. The rest have been admitted to a private hospital for treatment.
Seeing the injured, the family members are worried. They are shocked to see the ruins of the house. The police and fire brigade personnel are visiting the place and conducting an inspection.
A gas cylinder exploded in a house. Due to the intensity of the explosion, the wall of the house was broken. Four neighboring houses were also damaged. Due to the intensity of the explosion, the walls, windows, and doors of the house were broken into pieces. Electricity meter boxes in the house were also damaged.
The power lines were also damaged and BESCOM personnel cut off the power immediately. Neighboring houses were shaken by the intensity of the explosion. It is a total of 5 houses.
