Apart from this, rain is likely to increase during the last week of March and the first week of April. Meteorologists have said that due to the effect of the El Niño situation, Karnataka will get a good monsoon this time. The La Niña effect is 88 percent likely to be active between April and June, so there will be good rainfall, NOAA said.
